摘要
为合理开发显齿蛇葡萄 ,采用反相高效液相色谱法测定显齿蛇葡萄植株中二氢杨梅素的含量 .其最佳检测条件为色谱柱为Nova PakC18不锈钢柱 ,检测波长为 2 94nm ,用甲醇—水 (体积比 2 4∶76 )为流动相 .方法的变异系数为 1.12 5 % ,平均回收率为 95 .0 3% ,最低检测量为 10ng .湖南显齿蛇葡萄中不同部位的二氢杨梅素含量 在 11.87%~ 4 0 .6 6
A RP HPLC method for the detection and measurement of dihydromyricetin in Ampelopsis grossedentata was developed.The optimum operating conditions were as follows:UV 294nm detection,Nova pak C 18 column 150 mm×3.9 mm i.d.,and v (methanol) ∶v (water) =24∶76. The coefficient of variation of this method was 1.125% with average recoveries 95.03%. The lowest detectable limit was 10 ng. Dihydromyricetin contents range from 11.87% to 40.66% in different parts of Hunan Ampelopsis grossedentata.
