摘要
针对中原油田在深井高温高压高矿化度条件下 ,注水泥塞上返封堵施工中 ,由于水泥浆强度低 ,凝固时间快 (因稠化时间短、高矿化度、CaCl2 水型 )等原因导致一系列的生产问题。从提高水泥浆体系性能入手 ,通过室内试验 ,研制出一种新型的水泥浆体系。通过在中原油田 5口井的应用 ,成功地解决了深井上返封堵难等问题 ,证明这一体系具有明显的经济效益和推广应用价值。
In the condition of high temperture and high pressure and high salinity,injection cement plug in deep well test upward seal coat,for strength of the cement slurry is low and the cement setting time is very quick(the short thickening time,high salinity and CaCl 2 water type) etc.,these causes result in a series of production problem.Taking enhancing the properties of the cement slurry system as the point of departure,through laboratory tests,a new type cement slurry system is developed.Through field application of the system in 5 wells of Zhongyuan Oilfield,the problem of test upward and seal coat is successfully solved and the system has obvious economic benefit and it is worth popularizing and applying.
