摘要
油层酸化能在一定程度上解除堵塞物,恢复油井产能,提高油井产量。然而,酸化措施也潜在地会对储集层造成新的伤害,因此有必要对酸化过程中油层伤害及油层保护进行研究。以沈95块、沈84-安12块、安1块、边台块、静北块为例通过静态、动态及模拟等试验手段,进行了酸化过程中油层伤害及保护研究,明确了酸化过程中油层伤害的具体原因是各种金属离子造成的二次沉淀以及酸渣的形成,根据试验研究,筛选了酸化液的配方,经现场应用均取得了较好的效果。
Acdizing can be used to remove pluggings, restore oil well production and improve production rate in certain degree, however, acidizing will cause new potential damages to reservoirs, and thus it is necessary to carry out studies on formation damages and reservoir preservation during acidizing. Block Shen 95, Shen 84, An 12, An 1 and Biantai, Jingbei are selected as examples, and by means of static and dynamic simulation, it has been made clear that the reasons for formation damage in acidizing are the secondary deposition caused by various metal ions and the forming of acid residue. The formulations of acidizing fluid are screened out according to the test study, and field using showed it to be effective.
