摘要
本文设计加工了一套全新的磁流体旋转密封实验装置,能保证高性能磁源和有效防止漏磁,具有较高的实验精度。利用该实验装置,分别研究了磁流体密封的密封间隙、磁流体的饱和磁化强度、磁流体的注入量对密封耐压能力的影响,对实验现象和结果进行了分析与讨论。
A new kind of experimental rig to study the sealing ability of a rotating magnetic fluid sealing was designed and constructed, which assures a high magnetic source by effectively keeping the magnetic flux from leaking, and so that with high precision to the experiments. The relationship between the sealing ability and the radial gap, the saturation magnetization, and the quantity of the injected magnetic fluid was investigated respectively. The experimental phenomena and results are presented and analyzed in detail.
