摘要
为了解决磁性流体密封的实际应用问题,必须解决密封磁极结构参数与密封性能的关系。在纳米磁性流体密封性能研究领域引入回归正交设计分析,用经过实验验证的有限元模拟计算代替实验,采用5因子二次回归正交组合设计确定计算实验点,回归得到轴径50mm的纳米磁性流体密封的磁极结构参数与密封压差的回归公式,并对回归公式进行简化,得到各结构参数对密封性能的影响和最优值。
To solve the problem with the application of magnetic fluid seal, the relationship between its polar structural parameters and sealing performance must be clarified. The method of regression orthogonal design analysis is introduced to study the sealing performance of nanometer magnetic fluid, the finite element simulating calculation proven by experiments is used to replace the experiment, while a combined 5 factor and secondary regression orthogonal design is deployed to determine the experimental points of calculation, in the regression, the structural parameters of the magnetic poles with 50 mm axial diameter and regression formulae of sealing pressure difference are obtained, and the influence of each structural parameter on the sealing performance and its optimal values are obtained by simplifying the regression formulae.
