摘要
通过连锁分析对四极性的金顶侧耳交配型系统中的不亲和因子构成进行分析 ,测定了供试菌株及 4种交配型基准株的温度特性。结果表明 :金顶侧耳不亲和性因子A、B不连锁 ,其中A因子由独立的 1个亚基构成 ,B因子由遗传距离为 0 4 9cM的α、β 2个亚基构成 ;供试菌株及其 4个交配型基准株A1B1、A2B2、A1B2、A2B1的菌丝生长最适宜温度分别为 2 4 1℃、2 4 5℃、2 3 5℃、2 4 8℃、2 3 6℃。
The constituents of incompatibility factors of tetrapole of Pleurotus citrinopileatus were studied by means of the linkage analysis, and the temperature characteristics of the tested strains and its 4 mating-type standard strains were determined.The results are as follows: the incompatibility factors of A and B are not linked, factor A is only composed of an independent subunit, and factor B is composed of subunit α and subunit β and their genetic distance is 0.49 cM; the optimum temperature of mycelium growth of the 4 mating-type standard strains A1B1,A2B2,A1B2 and A2B1 was 24.1℃, 24.5℃, 23.5℃, 24.8℃ and 23.6℃ respectively.
