摘要
利用在人工栽培条件下获得的翘鳞香菇(Lentinus squarrosulus)子实体,搜集担孢子并分离获得了103个孢子单核体,分析孢子单核体的交配结果可知翘鳞香菇属于四极性交配型系统;X2测验结果显示,供试翘鳞香菇菌种的四种交配型孢子单核体的比例符合1∶1∶1∶1的分离规律;研究中发现翘鳞香菇的B因子内部发生重组,产生了新的B因子,其重组率为0.97%。
The mating system of Lentinus squarrosulus has been studied using a strain of the mushroom(strain 7-6) that readily produces fruit bodies on artificial media under laboratory conditions.Data obtained from mating tests conducted with 103 basidiospore monokaryons indicated that L.squarrosulus has a tetrapolar mating system under the control of two genetic factors,A and B.Chi squared tests indicated that the distribution of the four mating types among spore monokaryons was in accordance with the 1∶1∶1∶1 law of segregation.In addition,new types of B factors,originating through recombination within the mating-type factors during sexual reproduction,were detected at a rate of 0.97%.
