摘要
针对电能市场和辅助服务市场并存的发展趋势 ,提出一种同时考虑电能和 AGC及旋转备用两项辅助服务的综合竞价模型。在模型及求解中考虑了机组调节速率、AGC、旋转备用和合同电量等多项约束条件 ,具体求解时分两步进行 ,先采用改进优先顺序法确定机组组合方案 ,然后采用网络流规划中的原始对偶法在入选机组中进行电能和辅助服务综合竞价 ,得出发电市场次日交易计划各时段各种服务的电价及分配方案。最后通过一个算例 ,将这种方法与独立竞价法所得的结果进行了比较 ,可以看出这种方法在完成各种服务竞价的同时 ,更能节省购电费用。
Considering the trend of sim ultaneous existence of electricity market and ancillary services m arket,this paper proposes an integrated com petitive bidding m odel,which takes electric energy and two kinds of ancillary services,AGC and spinning reserve services,into account at the sam e time.The solving process is divided into two steps,the unit comm itment schem e is first determined by using the im proved sequential method,then candidate units start bidding for energy and ancillary services based on network flow program ming method,and the result m ust satisfy several constraints,such as unit ram ped velocity,AGC,spinning reserve and contract energy constraints,etc.The pricing of each service and distribution schem e is then determ ined.The paper gives the comparison between the proposed approach and separated competitive bidding method through an exam ple.The result shows that the proposed method saves more purchasing charges under all constraints satisfied.
