摘要
20世纪90年代以来,世界经济出现了全球化趋势。在这一趋势下,一国经济的变动,尤其是发达大国的经济变动对其他国家经济的影响会越来越大。全球化暗含的一个结果是世界各国经济周期应该趋于同步。然而,10多年来,日本和美国经济周期出现了明显的不同步现象,这再一次印证了马克思主义政治经济学所表明的资本主义经济发展不平衡规律。本文认为制度创新、技术创新和组织创新不同步是全球化趋势下日美经济周期不同步的原因。
The trend of globalization has been going on in world economy ever since 1990抯. Within this context, the fluctuation of the economy of any one country, especially of a major advanced country, will affect more and more the economy of other countries. One of the results that can be inferred of globalization is that various countries in the world tend to synchronize in terms of their economy. However, an obvious asynchrony has been observed between Japanese and American economy in the recent decade, which has once again provided evidence for the unbalanced pattern of the development of capitalist economies that was demonstrated in Marxist political economics. It is found in this paper that the causes of the asynchrony of Japanese and American economic cycles can be traced to the asynchrony of the innovation of system, technology and organization.
