摘要
几乎整个 90年代 ,世界两个经济大国美国和日本一个欣欣向荣 ,一个萎靡不振 ,其发展态势较 80年代发生了戏剧性的逆转。温故而知新。在人类即将跨入第二个千禧年的时候 ,本文从产业结构升级的角度切入 ,通过对比的方法剖析了两国成败的原因 ,并力求证明 ,2 1世纪荣辱变幻的关键在于是否实现以高科技产业带动的产业结构升级 ,以资借鉴。
Almost entirely in the nineties,U.S. and Japan,two economic powers of the world,developed in dramatically changing way in comparison with the eighties,the former being thriving and the latter being dejected.Reviewing the past helps us to understand the present.At the time when we have entered the the second millennium this dessertation dwells on the upgrading of the industrial structure,by means of comparison to analyse the two nations profound mystery of success and failure, making an effort to prove that the key point of unexpected constant change of honour or disgrace in 21st centure is the upgrading of industrial structure with the impetus of high grade science and technology so as to draw on the experience of the two nations.
