摘要
梓油酸、苯酐和季戊四醇先共酯化,后用甲苯二异氰酸酯氨酯化,制得改性氨酯油树脂。用该树脂制备的通用型和香气型磁漆,可用于铝合金、钢铁、聚苯乙烯类塑料和木器的涂装,具有快干、无游离异氰酸酯毒害、装饰性好和施工方便等特点。
A modified urethane oil resin has been prepared through esterification of stillingie acid, phthalic anhydride and pentaerythriol,then modified with TDI. The common enamels and fragrant enamels based on the above resin can be applied on A1 alloy, steel, polystyrene and wood products featuring fast dry, no hazard of free NCO,simple application and good decorative effect.
