干旱对辣椒不同生育期生理机能的影响 被引量:12

摘要 以湘研 5号辣椒为试材 ,在苗期、开花期、结果期测定干旱胁迫下的相关生理指标。结果表明 :苗期的组织相对含水量、AsA含量和Chl含量比开花期和结果期下降幅度小 ,苗期质膜相对透性和MDA含量比开花期、结果期增加幅度小 ,而苗期脯氨酸含量增加幅度最大。苗期维持着相对较高的保护酶 (SOD、POD、CAT)活性。复水后 ,苗期的生理机能容易得到修复 ,而开花期和结果期的生理机能难以恢复。在这三个时期中 。 Xiangyan No.5 was used as the material to study changes of some relative physiological indexes at the seedling stage,the flowering and the fruit setting stage under water stress. The results indicated that the relative water content, AsA content and Chl content of the seedling satge decreased more slowly than the fruit setting stage and flowering stage. The relative permeability of plamalemma and MDA content of the seedling stage increased more slowly than other two stage. The proline content of the seedling stage increased fastest among the three stages. The protective enzyme(SOD?POD?CAT)activities of the seedling stage was greater than other two stages. After restoring water, the injured physiological mechanism was very easy to be recovered at the seedling stage. But the physiological mechanism of the fruit setting stage and flowering stage was easy to be injured and was difficult to be recovered after restoring water.
