荧光假单胞菌株M18产PCA发酵条件研究 被引量:3

摘要 在摇瓶发酵条件下 ,研究了产吩嗪 1 羧酸 (phenazine 1 carboxylicacid ,PCA)的荧光假单胞菌M 18在各种碳源、氮源、盐类、温度、接种量下PCA的积累情况 ,确定了适合PCA分泌的最佳培养基 (1L)为 :葡萄糖 2 0 g ,肉胨 2 2 g ,KNO310 g ,NaCl 0 g ;最佳培养温度为 2 9℃、接种量为5 % ;最佳培养时间为 4 4h左右。在此条件下 ,PCA在发酵液中的浓度可达到 75 0mg/L 。 Under the condition of shaking flask fermentation, the potential ability of phenazine 1 carboxylic acid (PCA) produced by Pseu domonas fluorescens M18 was studied at different carbon sources,nitrogen sourc es, content of salts, temperature and inoculation amounts. And the optimum cult ure condition suitable to PCA secretion was determined. Culture medium(1L) was 2 0g glucose, 22g meat peptone, 10g KNO 3, 0g NaCl; the inoculation amount was 5% ,the temperature was 29℃,and the culture time was about 44h. In this condition, the PCA concentration in fermentation liquor was as high as 750mg/L ,which coul d provide valuable reference for large scale fermentation.
