This paper introduces the concept of enterprise resource plan(ERP)and E-business, analyses on the inner relations between the two sides, puts forward some ideas of developing ERP in E-business age, establishing effective solving scheme for BtoB E-businsee and realizing the integration of ERP and E-business.
