摘要
本文作者使用 Fe- Al烧结助剂 ,在 14 73K的热压烧结条件下成功制备出了整体致密、密度沿厚度方向呈特定分布的 W- Mo- Ti体系密度梯度飞片材料。研究表明 ,低熔点 Al的添加 ,使部分烧结助剂 Fe以液态形式存在 ,提高了 Fe的活化烧结能力。 W- Mo,Mo- Ti合金的烧结均为液相烧结过程 ,W- Mo合金主要通过形成少量粘结相和液相来粘结 W,Mo晶粒 ,而 Mo- Ti合金则通过形成部分 Mo-
In the present paper, W-Mo-Ti system was chosen to prepare a kind of flier-plate materials with graded density. It is found that the Fe-Al additives are suitable for the hot-pressing of W alloy, W-Mo alloy and Mo-Ti alloy at a low temperature of 1473 K. The mechanism of the densification can be expressed as follows: partial Fe powders are dissolved into the liquid due to the addition of Al and thus display more active feature during the sintering, which promotes the formation of bonding-phase in W-Mo alloy and solid solution in Mo-Ti alloy, and evidently improves their relative densities. Finally, a wholly dense W-Mo-Ti grades density flier plate material is successfully fabricated. Its density changes gradually from 4.5x103 kg/m3 up to 17.0x103 kg/m3.
