摘要
通过热处理、蠕变性能测试和组织形貌观察,研究了稀有元素Re对GH4169合金微观组织及蠕变性能的影响。结果表明:元素Re的添加对γ'相筏状组织起到细化作用,可促使δ相沿晶界析出抑制晶界滑移,可提高合金显微硬度。经过固溶和时效处理后合金组织细化明显,短针状δ相和长条状MC型碳化物减少。在蠕变期间,δ相的数量会影响合金的断裂方式。元素Re的添加可提高合金的高温蠕变性能。
By heat treatment, creep property measurement and microstructure observation, the influence of rare element Re on the microstructure and creep behaviors of GH4169 alloy was investigated. The results show that, rare element Re can refine γ phase tar structure, promote the precipitation of 8 phase distributing along boundaries which can restrain the boundaries slipping and increases the microhardness of the alloy. Atter solution and aging treatment, the microstructure of the alloy obviously refines.The short needle-like 8 phase and long strip MC type carbides decrease. As the creep goes on, the number of 8 phase can affect the failure mode of the alloy. The addition of rare element Re can enhance the high temperature creep behavior of the alloy.
