摘要
用微乳液法制备了明胶包裹的复合氧化铁纳米量级超细微粒。XRD,TEM,SEM和 IR测试表明 :微粒为明胶包裹球形超细微粒。微球的粒径为 1.5 μm~ 3μm,而微粒的粒径为 2 0 nm。每个复合微球中约有 35个~ 90个氧化铁粒子。该复合微粒的比饱和磁化强度 σs=6 2 Am2 / kg,矫顽力 H c=187Oe,剩磁 r=10 .18Am2 / kg,具有硬磁体的性质。将其用于制备磁流变液 ,在低的磁场强度下有较大的 MR效应 。
Nanoparticles gelatin-iron oxides composite particles have been prepared with the microemulsion method. The investigations by XRD, SEM, TEM and IR show that the ultrafine particles are spheroids coated by gelatin. Their average sizes are 1.5 μm-3 μm, particles sizes are 20 nm, and there are about 35-90 iron-oxides particles on each spheroid. The specific saturation magnetization σ=62 Am2/kg, the coercivity Hc is 187Oe and the residual magnetism r is 10.18 Am2/kg for the composite particles. The coercivity and the residual magnetism are higher, and it is shown that the complex supermicropowder has hard magnetic properties. Magnetic rheological (MR) effects of the MR fluid prepared from the ultrafine particles are superior in lower magnetic field intensity and the subsidence stability of the MR fluid is excellent compared with that of the MR fluid prepared from carbonyl iron powder.
