摘要
采用弱碱NH4HCO3作为沉淀剂,CoCl2·6H2O和FeCl3·6H2O作为反应物,在一定摩尔比条件下,通过化学共沉淀法制备了铁酸钴纳米粒子,并采用FT-IR、XRD、TEM和振动样品磁强计对其进行了表征。结果表明,制得的铁酸钴纳米粒子为尖晶石型结构,其粒径为20nm左右,并且由于反应过程中弱碱NH4HCO3分解产生的CO2和H2O气体对产物的阻隔作用,制得的铁酸钴纳米粒子的分散性较好,饱和磁化强度为55.5Am2·kg-1。
With weak alkali NH4HCO3 as precipitant,CoCl·6H2O and FeCl3·183;6H2O as react-ants,cobalt ferrite nanoparticles are prepared through chemical coprecipitation method at a cer-tain mole ratio,and are characterized via FT-IR,XRD,TEM and vibration sample magnetom-eter.The experimental results show that due to the separation effects of CO2 and H2 O gas de-composed from NH4 HCO3 on resultants,the as-prepared cobalt ferrite nanoparticles are of spi-nel structure with its size 20 nm or so,and well-dispersed with saturation magnetization 55.5 Am·kg-1 .
