摘要
高等学校学报是以反映高校教学科研成果的综合性学术刊物。学报自诞生以来,作为时代的产物,历史的见证,在传递科研信息、进行学术交流、传播文化科学知识等方面都起了不可低估的作用。但随着时代的进步,目前高校学报尤其是一些非重点大学的学报正遇到许多的困扰和难题。学报编辑作为学报工作的主体,应充分认识到学报质量对学报生存的影响,增强主人翁意识,要有使命感、危机感,采取必要的措施,为提高非重点高校学报质量作出努力。
College journal is a comprehensive academic periodical reflecting the teaching & Resemching a-chievement of college. Since its birth, as a product of times, a witness of history, journal has performed an in-deliable role in many aspects lilce exchanging scientific information, conducting academic communication, spceading cultural & scientific knowledge, etc,. Yet along side the times' progressive development, current college journals, especially those of the non - key universities, are facing lots of embarrassment and difficul-ties. As the principal part of the journal, editors should reach full understanding of the effects exerting by the quality on the subsistence of the journal, and they should enhance awareness of being master, should have a sense of responsibility and a feeling of impending crisis, and adopt necessary measures to improve the quality of the in non - key universities.
