摘要
学术质量是高校学报生存的关键 ,而影响学报学术质量的一个重要因素是学报编辑的素质 ,从这一点出发 ,提出了学报编辑要注意加强思想道德建设 ,同时要具有合理的知识结构 ,使自己适应时代发展的要求 。
Academic quality is key to the journals of high learning institutions. One major factor affecting the academic quality is the standards of the editors. Based on this point of view, the writer puts forward some ideas that are strengthened education of morality, reasonable structure of knowledge, adaptation of development of the time, and new contributions to all round improvement of jouruals.
