摘要
本文对改善烟用丙纤丝束性能进行了工艺探索和研究 ,认为提高纤维的冷却速度 ,选择适宜的拉伸和卷曲工艺及延长定型时间 ,有利于丝束各项性能的提高 。
Production technology study shows that improving the blowing velocith,suitable technology of drawing and crimp,prolonging the hour of heat setting can improve the capacities of pp tow for cigarette filter,thus some problems exiting in the tip forming process can be solved.
