人参三醇组甙对小鼠骨髓细胞染色体辐射的防护作用 被引量:9

摘要 目的 :研究人参三醇组甙 ( Panaxatriol,PT)对受照射小鼠骨髓细胞染色体的辐射防护作用。方法 :小鼠照射前胃肠道给予 PT,照射后 3h杀鼠制备骨髓细胞染色体标本。结果 :辐照前给予2 0 0~ 40 0 mg· kg-1PT可降低辐射诱发的骨髓细胞染色单体型和染色体型畸变以及畸变细胞数 ,且给药剂量和给药时间与其呈正相关 ,照射剂量与防护效应呈负相关。结论 Objective:To study the radioprotective effect of panaxatriol (PT) on chromosomes in bone marrow cells of X irradiated mice. Methods:Mice were treated with PT or normal saline (the control group) before irradiation and killed 3 h after irradiation then prepared the chromosome samples of bone marrow cells. Results:200~400 mg·kg -1 PT reduced the frequency of chromatid breaks and chromosome aberrations as well as the number of aberrant cells induced by X rays. The radioprotective effect was positively correlated with the dose of PT and the duration of drug administration, while negatively with the doses of X rays. Conclusion:PT has significant radioprotective effect on chromosomes of mouse bone marrow cells.
