摘要
本文建立了应用光纤测量技术实现燃气轮机动态间隙检测的实验系统 ,详细描述了系统的构成。设计了新型的光纤测头 ,提出了相应的补偿方案 ,并对其关键技术进行了研究。研究结果表明 ,该实验系统能够实现对燃气轮机内部环境恶劣。
Based on the fiber optic measurement technology,an experimental prototype was established for gas turbine dynamic gap detection.The system composition was described in detail.A novel probe was designed,the corresponding compensation project was put forward and the key technology of prototype was studied.The experimental results showed that the fiber optic sensor system could implement the vane dynamic gap measurement in a bad,high temperature and speed environment.
