摘要
本文认为参考咨询的核心精神即个性化服务的人文主义精神,论证了这种精神对我国当代图书馆具有现实意义,并指出参考咨询“泛化”变革的途径即服务对象、分布地点、提供文献的泛化。
The essential spirit of reference service is humanistic spirit of individualized user service. It is practically significant to modern Chinese libraries. We must reform reference service in serving users, setting holding locations and offering document information.
