摘要
本文讨论了浸渗铸造金属基复合材料的主要方法及影响因素。浸渗的方法主要有压力铸造、挤压铸造及气压浸渗铸造。影响浸渗的因素主要有液体对增强体的润湿程度、预制体中增强体的分布及数量以及压力等。实践表明 ,在生产只要严格控制这些因素就可制造出合格的复合材料。
This paper deals with the manufacture methods and some factors on it.Infiltration includes die casting,intrusion casting,gas infiltration casting and so on.The factors on infiltration are wettavility of metals,distribution of reinforcements in the matrix and pressure.Practice indicates that the quality of metal matrix compostites is dependent on control of these factors.
