介绍了WCp/钢基复合材料轧辊的材料选择和制备工艺 ,并对其显微组织及力学性能进行了分析。工业实验结果表明 :复合材料轧辊的寿命比普通Cr12轧辊高
The ingredient and manufacture technology of obtaining the WC particle reinforced steel matrix composites has been studied.The microstructure and properties of this composite materials were analyzed. Industrial use indicated that the service life of composites roller ring is higher 3 times than that of Cr12 casting ring.
