摘要
Sialon是由Si、Al、O、N组成的化合物,是Si3N4中的元素经置换而形成的一大类固溶体的总称,它包括α、β、O、X型和AlN多型体等多种晶体类型。本文系统介绍了Sialon材料的种类、性能、应用现状、常用的合成方法及发展前景。研究表明,由于Sialon材料具备一系列优越的力学性能、热学性能及化学稳定性,在耐高温领域显现出极好的应用前景,被认为是最有希望的高温结构陶瓷之一。
Sialon is a compound composed of silicon, aluminum, oxygen and nitrogen. It is a generic name of a type of solid solution and formed by displacement of some chemical elements in Si3N4. The Sialon includes many crystal types, such as types α,β,O,X and AIN polymorphism. The authors introduce the types of Sialon ceramics, its properties, application, synthesis methods and the development foreground. The study indicates that the Sialon has a series of superior mechanical properties, thermal properties and chemical stabilities. It shows best applied foreground in anti-high temperature, and is considered as one of the most prominent structural ceramics at high temperature.
