摘要
柿竹园矿石榴石资源十分丰富,以钙铁榴石和钙铝榴石为主,赋存着锡、铍、钨、钼等多种金属组分。具有硬度适中、熔点高、化学稳定性好等特点。根据柿竹园矿矿石性质和选矿尾砂矿物组成的特点,可分别采用浮-磁-浮主干流程和螺旋溜槽预选-预选中矿的强磁或摇床选别工艺,从原矿和尾砂中综合回收石榴石。研究结果认为,加强石榴石的精选分级、深加工和应用研究,充分利用资源优势,开发生产技术含量和附加值高的新产品,将为企业创造良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Shizuyuan ore is very rich in garnet resources mainly including andradite and essonite with several metallic compositions of tin, bismuth, tungsten and molybdenum etc that is characterized with medium hardness, high melt point, stable chemistry. According to the ore characters of the Shizuyuan deposit and characteristics of mineral compositions of the tailing of ore separation, backbone flow chart of floatmagnetic-float separation and separation technology of pre-separation with screw chute - pre-separated mids separation with strong magnetism and tabling were used respectively to make comprehensive recovery of garnet from the raw and tailing. It is believed from the study that great economic and social benefit will be achieved for the enterprises by strengthening separation and classification, deep process and application research to make full use of the advantage of mineral resources and develop production technology of value added new products.
