摘要
着重讨论了粒度窄分布石榴石超细粉制备的干式工艺过程 ,用FJJ涡轮式分级机能够获得粒度分布窄的石榴石超细粉体 ,试验样品的粒度分布达到国际通用标准和国家 2 477 83标准。该工艺过程简单、粒度分级精度高 。
This paper discussed the dry technical process of the preparating of super-fine garnet powder with narrow size distribution. By using FJJ turbine grader, we can obtain super-fine garnet powder with narrow size distribution. The test specimen's size distribution has reached both the international universal standard and China standard of 2477-83. This technical process is simple and the precision of grain-size classification is excellent. So it is a practical technical method to obtain ultra-fine nonmetallic mineral powder with narrow size distribution.
