摘要
大涌水厂有 2座泵站 ,泵站用电量占水厂耗电量比重大 ,经过对新、老泵房的改造 ,提高了机泵设备的效率。总结了水厂给水泵房通过采用高效水泵、叶轮切削等改造措施所取得的显著的节能效果 ,说明在供水行业中 ,泵站优化运行大有潜力。
There are two pumping houses, new and old in Dachong Waterworks. They are the biggest electricity consumers in the waterworks. Pumping assemblies in both pumping houses have been modified to increase the efficiencies. The technical measures such as adoption of new machine and pump impeller cutting and their effect on energy saving are reviewed. All these show that the potentials of energy saving are laid on the pumping facilities optimization in water enterprises.
