摘要
本文应用液闪法,测定了 HBV 感染者或非 HBV 感染者外周血淋巴细胞 DNA 非程序合成(UDS)水平,估价了不同受检对象在盐酸氮芥作用下体细胞 DNA 损伤和修复能力。结果表明:HBsAg 阳性的肝癌家族组和非癌家族组 UDS 值均显著高于甲型肝炎组和对照组(P<0.01或0.05),但前二者或后二者之间差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。提示 HBV 感染后,体细胞 DNA更易受致癌物损伤,修复机能显著减退,并在以后的肝癌发生中起一定作用。
Levels of unscheduIed DNA synthesis(UDS)of peripheral lymphocytes in thepopulation with or without HBV infection were measured by using liquid scintigraphy to evaluate the effects of HN_2·HCl on the damage and repair of the bodycell DNA.The results showed that the UDS values in the positive-HBsAg first-rela-tives of patients with or without primary liver cancer(PLC) were significantlyhigher than that in patients with hepatitis A and controls (P<0.01 or P<0.05).Nosignificant differences,however,were seen between the former two groups and bet-ween the latter two groups(P>0.05).These results suggested that the body cell DNA was more vulnerable to the car-cinogens,and reparable function was markedly decreased after being infected withHBV,which might play a certain role in the development of PLC later on.
