摘要
利用组织切片技术首次在显微水平对大鳍消化系统的胚后发育特点作了系统观察研究 .结果表明 :食道内侧纵行肌纤维属于粘膜下层 ,而不是肌层 .胃腺的分化较早 .食道胃衔接处环肌在成鱼为横纹肌 ,仔、稚鱼及幼鱼期发育不完善 ,横纹不典型 .肠上皮的纹状缘出现较早而且发育较快 ,1~ 3日龄时就可见 ,7~ 8日龄时很发达 .5日龄仔鱼肝后部开始贮存脂质 .胰腺为弥散型 ,主要分布于肝脏边缘、胆囊和肠道周围、肠系膜上和脾门部及其周围等处 ,少量随肝门静脉入肝 。
With slice technology and light microscope, the postembryonic development characteristics of the digestive system in Mystus. macropterus were observed for the first time. The results show that the inner longitudinal muscle fiber of the oesophagus was one part of its submucosa, instead of muscularis. The first differentiation of gastric glands had occurred at the end of endogenous feeding (day 5 after hatching). Some circular muscles of the cardiac part of the adult stomach, adjacent to the stomach-oesophagus junction, were composed of striated muscle fibers. However, the stria was neither well-developed nor typical during the larval period. The brush borders of the epithelial cells in the intestine could be detected at 1~3 days and were well-developed at 7~8 days after hatching. At day 5 post-hatch, the posterior part of the liver started to accumulate lipids. In M. macropterus, the pancreas is a diffuse gland, distributing on the border of the liver, the surface of peritoneum, and around the gall bladder, intestine and spleen. Some pancreatic tissue even extends into the liver together with the hepatic vein.
