摘要
从医学、伦理学和经济学角度分析血透带来的社会问题以及医疗技术和社会之间的尖锐矛盾,论证了实施费用效果干预的实际意义,并就如何提高社会效益的问题,结合国外正反经验提出若干建议。
The paper analyzed social problem of dialysis and sharp conflict between medical technology and society, and argued practical significance of implementing cost - effective interference. In the same time, to improve social benefit, the paper put forward a lot of suggestion with foreign positive and negative experiment.
