吡啶-2,6-二羧酸体系导数荧光法同时测定铀、钐、铕、铽、镝

摘要 研究了吡啶-2,6-二羧酸体系导数荧光法同时测定铀、钐、铕、铽、镝的最佳条件及共存离子的影响。导数荧光法测定上述五种离子的检测限分别达到:U(Ⅲ)7,Sm(Ⅳ)0.4,Eu(Ⅲ)0.004,Tb(Ⅲ)0.026,Dy(Ⅲ)0.25ng/ml。应用本法测定了混合试液中上述五种离子含量,回收率为92.3%~108.1%。 The optimum condition for the derivative fluorometric determination of U (Ⅵ) , Sm (Ⅲ), Eu (Ⅲ) , Tb (Ⅲ) and Dy (Ⅲ) with pyridine-2.6-dicarboxylic acid and the effect of coexisting ions have been investigated. The detection limits of U (Ⅵ), Sm(Ⅲ), Eu(Ⅲ), Tb(Ⅲ) and Dy(Ⅲ) with first derivative fluorometric technique were 7, 0.4, 0.004, 0.026 and 0.25ng/ml, respectively. These five ions in synthetic mixed samples were successfully determined simultaneously.
