摘要
目的:观察针刺对实验性脑缺血并发多器官功能障碍综合征大鼠心肺组织及IL-1β的影响。方法:选取健康雄性Wistar大鼠50只,采用阻断双侧颈总动脉30min的方法建立脑缺血模型,将50只大鼠随机分为正常对照组5只、假手术组5只、模型组20只和针刺组20只,采用酶联免疫分析法检测大鼠造模前后不同时相心肺组织及IL-1β变化情况。结果:模型组造模后心肺组织及IL-1β显著上升,24h时到达最高点,假手术组IL-1β无显著变化;针刺组IL-1β较模型组显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:针刺对实验性脑缺血并发多器官功能障碍综合征大鼠心肺组织及IL-1β有保护作用,IL-1β的升高可能是脑梗死并发多器官功能障碍综合征的一个重要环节。
To observe the influence of acupuncture therapy on heart -lung tissue and IL - 1 β of rats with experimental cerebral ischemia. Methods: 50 healthy male Wistar rats were chosen and were established into cerebral isehemia model by blocking the bilateral common carotid arteries for 30 minutes. 50 rats were randomly divided into the normal control group with 5 rats, the sham - operated group with 5, the model group with 20 and the acupuncture group with 20. The enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure the changes of heart - lung tissue and IL - 1 β in different times before and after establishing the model. Results : After establishing the model, heart - lung tissue and IL - 1 β in the model group clearly increased and reached the highest 'after 24 hours. IL - 1 β of rats in the sham - operated group had no significant change. Compared with the acupuncture group, IL- 1 β in the model group clearly decreased (P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion: Acupuncture therapy could protect heart - lung tissue and IL - 1 β of rats with experimental cerebral isehemia complicated by multiple organs' dysfunction syndrome. The rise of IL - 1 β might be an important part of cerebral infarction complicated with multiple organs' dysfunction syndrome.
