摘要
牦牛与普通牛的种间杂种犏牛雄性不育机理一直是畜牧科学研究的热点之一。本研究利用实时荧光定量PCR技术对牦牛、普通牛及其杂种犏牛的HSFY2、DAZAP2基因进行表达差异分析。结果表明:HSFY2基因在牦牛和普通牛中的表达量极显著地高于犏牛(P<0.01);DAZAP2基因在牦牛中的表达量极显著地高于犏牛和普通牛(P<0.01),但在普通牛和犏牛之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。作者认为牦牛、普通牛和犏牛的睾丸组织中这些基因表达的差异是导致犏牛雄性不育的原因之一,值得进一步深入研究和探讨。
The mechanism of male sterility of hybridization of yak with ordinary cattle of other species is one of the hot topics to researchers.The expression level of HSFY2 and DAZAP2 genes in two testes tissues of yak and six testes tissues of Pianniu was detected by quantitative Real-time PCR.The results showed that HSFY2's expression in yak and cattle was significantly higher than that in Pianniu (P 〈 0.01).DAZAP2 gene expression in yak was significantly higher than that in in cattle and Pianniu (P 〈 0.01),but the expression in cattle and yak had no significant differences (P 〉 0.05).Based on this,the differences may be the reason causing the male sterility of Pianniu.
