摘要
结合层次分析法(AHP)和数据包络法(DEA),构建了适合物流公司绩效评价的指标体系,并建立了AHP-DEA两阶段评价模型。该模型首先对定性指标进行层次分析,综合专家和企业管理人员的打分将物流公司运输质量该定性指标定量化,然后将分析结果作为DEA模型的一个输出指标,再结合其它指标进行综合评价,最后以我国十大运输类物流公司为研究对象,验证了该方法的科学性和可行性。
Combing AHP and DEA,this paper constructs a performance evaluation index system suitable for the logistics company,and establishes a two stage evaluation model AHP-DEA.The model first analyzes the qualitative indicators by AHP,which quantifies the qualitative indicator transport quality of the logistics company with the method of expert scoring,and makes the results as an output item of DEA model.Then,it combines with the other quantitative indicators to make the performance evaluation.Finally,it takes ten big logistics companies in our coun-try as an example,and through the empirical analysis,it validates that the method is scientific and feasible.
