摘要
采用线性组合算符和么正变换方法研究了非对称量子点中强耦合极化子平均声子数的温度效应.导出了极化子平均声子数随有效受限强度、温度的变化关系.选择RbCl晶体进行数值计算,结果表明:声子平均数随有效受限强度、温度的升高而增加.
The temperature effcet on mean phonon number of strong-coupling polaron in an asymmetry quantum dot are studied by using an linear combination operator and the unitary transformation methods. The relations of the mean phonon number of polaron with the effective confinement strongth and temperature are taken into consideration. Select-ing RbCl quantum dot, numerical calculations are performed and the results show that the mean phonon number will in-crease with increasing the effective confinement strength and temperature. Selecting different quantum dots, the mean number of phonon is an increasing function of coupling strength and temperature.
