对称RbCl量子点中强耦合极化子基态结合能的温度效应

摘要 采用线性组合算符和么正变换方法研究了对称量子点中强耦合极化子基态结合能的温度效应.导出了极化子基态结合能随有效受限强度、温度的变化关系以及声子平均数随耦合强度和温度的变化关系.选择RbCl晶体进行数值计算,结果表明:基态结合能随有效受限强度的增加而减少,结合能和声子平均数随温度的升高而增加.选择不同的对称量子点计算得出声子平均数随耦合强度的增加而增大. The temperature effcet on ground state binging energy strong-coupling polaron in a symmetry quantum dot are studied by using an linear combination operator and the unitary transformation methods. The relations of the ground state binding energy of the polaron with the effective confinement strongth and temperature,and the mean number of phonon with the coupling strength were derived. Selecting RbCl quantum dot,numerical calculations are performed and the results show that the ground state binding energy will increase with decreasing the effective confinement strongth,whereas the ground state binding energy and the mean number of phonon will increase with increasing tem-perature. Selecting different quantum dots,the mean number of phonon is an increasing function of coupling strength and temperature.
