摘要
热轧带钢轧辊冷却是影响工作辊热膨胀、带钢板形和断面形状的重要因素。针对工作辊几何形状和冷却工艺,采用有限差分法对工作辊温度场和热凸度进行仿真。仿真结果表明,温度场和热凸度的计算值与实测值吻合良好。分析冷却水流量、温度和分布对工作辊热膨胀及热凸度的影响表明,随着冷却水流量的增加,辊身中部热膨胀逐渐降低,而辊身端部热膨胀变化不大,热凸度减小;随着冷却水温度的升高,辊身中部和端部热膨胀都增加,且热膨胀的增加量相差很小,热凸度变化不大;随着辊身中部冷却水流量和端部冷却水流量比的增加,辊身中部热膨胀降低,而辊身端部热膨胀变化不大,热凸度减小。为热带钢轧机工作辊冷却系统改造提供了理论依据。
Roll cooling about hot rolling strip is the key factor affecting thermal expansion of work roll ,strip shape and profile . On the basis of the geometrical shape and the cooling process of the work roll ,using the finite difference method ,the temperature field and thermal crown of the work roll after rolling were simulated . The simulation results indicate that the computed results and the measured results of the temperature filed and the thermal crown coincide better . The effects of flux ,temperature and distribution of cooling water on the thermal expansion and crown were analyzed by this model .It is found that with the increase of cooling water flux ,the thermal expansion in the middle of roll body gradually decreases ,while that in the end of roll body changes little ,and the thermal crown decreases .It is found that with the increase of cooling water temperature ,the thermal expansions in the middle and end of roll body increase ,the difference of their increasing values is little ,and the thermal crown changes little .It is also found that with the increase of the ratio of cooling water flux between the middle and end of roll body ,the thermal expansion in the middle of roll body decreases ,while that in the end of roll body changes little ,and the thermal crown decreases . It provides theoretical foundation for the cooling water modification of work roll of hot strip mill .
