摘要
热轧板带轧辊的性能研发主要是围绕高耐磨性和抗热裂性。阐述了热轧板带轧辊的材质发展历史过程、现状和未来轧辊研发方向和途径。研究表明,未来轧辊研发方向是基体组织从珠光体向贝氏体、马氏体发展;合金碳化物骨架硬度更高、数量更多、尺寸更细、分散更加弥散。加入变质剂或采用机械搅拌、电磁搅拌、喷射成型、CPC等新型制造方式,提高过冷度以提高共晶凝固冷速,从而细化晶粒;炉外精炼、电渣重熔、离心铸造和锻造等方式,提高材质的纯净度与致密度,达到提高材质综合性能的目的。
The performance of hot rolled strip roller is mainly around high wear resistance and heat crack resistance.The historical process,current situation and future development direction of hot rolling roller are expounded.The research shows that the future roller development direction is that the matrix organization develops from pearlebody to bainite and martenite;the alloy carbide skeleton is more hardness,more quantity,thinner size and more dispersion.Add metamorphic agent or adopt new manufacturing methods such as mechanical mixing,electromagnetic stirring,jet forming,CPC to improve the cocrystal solidification cooling speed,thus refining the grain;furnace refining,electric slag remelting,centrifugal casting and forging,to improve the purity and density of the comprehensive performance of the material.
