高温处理对醋酸氯己定溶液稳定性的影响

摘要 为了解醋酸氯己定溶液在高温处理下的稳定性,进行了氯己定含量测定与悬液定量杀菌试验。结果,与未经高温处理的醋酸氯己定溶液相比,经121℃压力蒸汽作用20min、115℃压力蒸汽作用30min、100℃煮沸30min,溶液中氯己定含量下降率分别为4、8%、0.4%与0.2%;含氯己定100 mg/L溶液受热处理后与未受热处理者一样,对大肠杆菌作用1min,对金黄色葡萄球菌与白色念珠菌作用5 min,杀灭率均为100%。说明单一醋酸氯己定溶液在高温短时间处理下较稳定。 In order to know the stability of chlorhexidine acetate solution treated with high temper- ature, measurement of chlorhexidine content and suspension quantitative gemicidal test were carried out. The results showed that as compared with the chlorhexidine acetate solution not treated with high temperature, the chlorhexidine contents of the solutions treated with 121℃ autoclaving for 20 min, 115℃ autoclaving for 30 min and 100℃ boiling for 30 min decreased by 4.8%, 0.4% and 0.2% respectively. Same as the chlorhexidine solution not treated with heat, the solution containing chlorhexidine 100 mg/ L treated with heat killed 100% of Escherichia coli after 1 minute contact and 100% of Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans after 5 minute contact, indicating that the chlorhexidine acetate solution is stable un- der high-temperature treatment for a short time.
