摘要 本文利用SEM,XRD,BET和IR等现代仪器,研究了用于羰基硫水解的TGH催化剂及其载体γ-Al_2O_3的表面结构、酸碱分布和吸附性能。结果表明,由γ-Al_2O_3浸渍活性组分制成TGH催化剂以后,结晶结构、孔结构没有发生明显的变化。活性组分高度分散在活性表面上,使表面碱分布增宽,强碱中心数目增多,吸附COS和CO_2等酸性分子的机制发生了根本变化。并且,两个表面对CO_2的吸附是均匀的,对COS是不均匀的。 By using several analytic methods of modern apparatuses such as SEM, XRD, BET and IR etc., the surface structures, acid-base distributions and adsorption behaviors of TGH, a new COS hydrolysis catalyst devel oped here, and its carrier——γ-Al_2O_3 have been studied As a result, TGH catalyst and γ-Al_2O_3 have the same physical surface structures but are quite different in surface base-acid property. Active promoters are highly dispersed on the surface, making TGH, in comparison with γ-Al_2O_3 with more and stronger basic sites and its adsorption behaviors of COS and CO_2 dramatically changed. Both surfaces, in addition, are uniform for adsorption of CO_2 but heterogeneous for that of COS.
