摘要
研究了焙烧温度对催化剂活性、比表面和物相的影响 ,结果表明随着焙烧温度的增加 ,由T1~T6活性明显变化 ,T1焙烧的样品活性偏低 ,T2 ~T4 焙烧的样品活性最高 ,T5~T6焙烧的样品活性下降 ;比表面和物相检测结果表明随着焙烧温度的增加 ,比表面逐渐下降 ,催化剂中的偏钛酸物相也由此转变为锐钛矿型TiO2 ,拟簿水铝石 (AlOOH)转变为γ Al2 O3。催化剂活性与比表面。
The effect of calcination temperature on catalyst activity, surface area and phase structure was studied in this paper The results indicated that the activity of catalyst changed dramatically following the increase of calcination temperature (T 1~T 6) The activity of T 1 calcinated sample was low, however, that of T 2~T 4 calcinated samples were the highest, that of T 5~T 6 calcinated samples were the lowest The results of surface area and phase structure showed that the surface area declined and metatitanic acid changed to anatase TiO 2 and pseudoboehmite (AlOOH) to γ Al 2O 3 following the increase of calcination temperature The relationship of activity, surface area and phase structure depended on each other correspondingly
