白介素2受体及其与肿瘤免疫逃逸 被引量：5

摘要 白介素 2 (IL 2 ) /白介素 2受体 (IL 2R )在细胞因子网络调节中起关键作用。至少有三种IL 2R亚基 :α、β和γ链 ,β链和γ链是形成功能性IL 2R的必需亚基。IL 2与IL 2R结合激活多种信号转导途径 ,其中Jak STAT最为重要。IL 2R及其下游信号分子缺陷可能是肿瘤免疫逃逸的重要原因 ,纠正这种缺陷可用于肿瘤治疗的尝试。
