摘要
伴随着高性能材料的越来越多的应用和加工周期的不断缩短,为降低制造成本,高效加工方法成为当前研究的热点。作为从根本上改善材料切削性的加热辅助切削技术是一种大有潜力的技术。这里对加热辅助切削的研究从多方面进行了阐述。包括加热方法、加热材料类型、切削性变化规律等。最后,对不同加热方法的优缺点进行了对比分析,指出加热辅助切削技术在未来的加工业中将发挥越来越大的作用,特别是在淬硬材料的高效切削加工中。
As more and more application of high property materials and decrease of machining term, high performance cutting methods are extensively studied recently for lowering the cost of machining. Heating -assisted cutting method is a potential technology for it improves material cutting property fundamentally. Many aspects of heating - assisted cutting are discussed in this paper, including heating methods, material types, material cutting property, etc, At the end, compared the good and bad factors of different heating methods, it is concluded that the methods will exert more affection on the machining industry in the future, especially in the machining of hardened steels.
