摘要
在分析建筑容积率对土地价格影响的作用机制和规律的基础上,针对目前土地估价工作中,容积率修正系数确定存在的问题,提出新的容积率修正思路和方法.
On the basis of aralyzing the influence of the building volume rate on the land price, a new methed of vevising the building volume rate is put forward to solve the problem existing in the correction of the building volume rate coefficient in the work of land price evaluation.
