摘要
针对当前施工企业物资管理存在的若干问题 ,如行为不规范、材料流失严重且浪费大、价格比较乱和管理水平低进行了分析 ,找出产生上述问题的原因 ,并提出了相应的改进措施做到“三管”。推行格式化管理模式 ,努力提高物资管理工作的整体水平 ,以达到充分发挥物资管理在施工生产中的保障、服务及助手作用。
Aimed at the existed problems in material management of modern construction enterprise (e.g. non standard behavior, serious leakage and consumption of materials, confuse price and poor management level), the author does concrete analysis. The reasons of above mentioned problems are found and the corresponding suggested measures are also given in this paper. And the concept of 'three managements ' is put forwards. By carrying out formatting management pattern and enhancing the integer materials management level, the effect of guarantee, service and aid of materials management in construction production is full developed.
