摘要 目的 探讨不同动物血清和人AB型血清对新生大鼠大脑皮层神经细胞培养的影响。方法Olympus相差显微镜观察加入高糖DMEM的不同动物和人AB型血清对新生大鼠大脑皮层神经细胞的生长发育、增殖分化、迁移、形态学及存活细胞等的变化。结果 马血清和人AB型血清组的神经细胞、胶质细胞和成纤维细胞生长旺盛,神经细胞存活数明显高于其它血清组(P<0.05)。结论 人AB型血清和马血清有利于新生大鼠大脑皮层神经细胞的生长发育。 Objective To study the influence on pallium nerve cells culture of new-born rat with serum of various kind animal and human AB blood group. Methods Used the CK-40 phase contrast microscope to observe the variation of growth ,development, multiplication differentiation, transference, morphology of the pallium nerve cell and survival cells ,due to culture with serum of various kind animal and human AB blood group added high-concentration DMEM. Results The neurocytes gliocyte and fibroblast cultured with horse serum and human AB group serum grew well than with others, and had a high survival (P<0.05). Conclusion The horse serum and serum of human AB blood group benefits the growth of pallium nerve cell.
