摘要
目的:考察当归油β-CD包合物的稳定性。方法:以当归油为测定指标,分别对包合物和混合物进行强光照射、高温、高湿、挥发性试验及恒温加速试验。结果:在光、热、温等因素影响下,包合物中当归油含量没有明显变化,而混合物中当归油含量均明显下降;挥发性试验结果,包合物的热失重比混合物小。结论:当归油β-CD包合物具有一定的抗光解性、热稳定性和湿稳定性,其稳定性明显优于单纯当归油。
Objectives: To explore the stability of inclusion complex of angelica oil β-cyclodextrin(β-CD). Methods: The angelica oil was served as a detecting index, such as lamp light irradiation, a set of tests of inclusion complex and mixture on their stabilities, high temperature, high humidity, and volatile tests, and constant-temperature accelerated test. Results: Under the affecting factors such as light, heat and humidity, the content of angelica oil in inclusion complex has not been changed. In the mixture, however, the content of angelica oil was decreased. In the volatility test, the weightless extent of hot in the inclusion complex was smaller than that of the mixture. Conclusion: Inclusion complex of angelica oil β-CD was stable to some extent in the effects of light, heat and humidity. The stability of angelica oil in inclusion complex was obviously superior to that of original angelica oil.
